Note
Note on hole measurement policy, if getHoleMsrPolicy() equals :
  • eHoleMsrPolicy::eHMP_ProcessHoles : Moments of holes are subtracted to global result and the moments of small islands inside a hole are added
  • eHoleMsrPolicy::eHMP_IgnoreHoles : Moments of holes and small islands are ignored, only the moments of the exterior polygon is calculated
