Volume3d

Shape 3d volume measurement (measure NOT based on polyhedral approximation)

Volume3d measure simply count number of voxels associated to a 3d shape, ponderated with the calibration.

Note that shape 3d volume and number of voxels may differ since the volume is computed with respect to a given polyhedral approximation while the number of voxels only takes care of initial image binary shape.

Here is an example of volume 3d measurement without calibration :
